3. Discussion with possible action to direct the City Manager to authorize staff to install a speed hump on N. Oakmont Loop under the Special Provision of the Speed Hump Installation Policy, and any other matters incident thereto. City Council District VI Priority Funds will be used for this project at a cost of $3,000.
