1. Discussion with possible action on improving commercial traffic fluidity by requiring a minimum of $100 on all commercial truck accounts on the world trade bridge. The purpose is to avoid the loss of time, revenue and job creation due to turning trucks around because of insufficient funds. This agenda discussion and change is limited to the world trade bridge only, and any matters related thereto.
