Discussion with possible action to include in the policies and procedures manual section on communications requiring invitations be sent with enough advance notice to prepare for events, including but not limited to ribbon cuttings, groundbreaking, etc. for media, elected officials, and any other guests so they may plan accordingly, and any other matters incident thereto.
