Discussion with possible action to direct staff to create a creek and Right-of-Way (ROW) maintenance inventory that assigns and identifies maintenance responsibility to its respective City department or Homeowner’s Association (HOA) and to publish this inventory on an interactive map on OpenLaredo.com to allow for further transparency and accountability, and any other matters incident thereto.
