Discussion with possible action regarding Right-of-Way (ROW) and contractors licensed to do work on the City ROW to include topics such as current utility coordination processes, licensing requirements, incident and damage reporting, cost reimbursement, management and reports for City services, responding to repair expenses when ROW contractors cause unnecessary damages and/or disruptions to city operations/services, related penalties and/or fines, and any other matters incident thereto.
