1. Discussion with possible action to repeal, in whole or in part, section 24.92.2(b) of the City of Laredo Land Development Code. This section requires specific waiting periods before an applicant can reapply for a zone change, conditional use permit, or special use permit after an initial zone change , conditional use permit , or special use permit application was withdrawn or denied.
