Authorizing City Manager to purchase two single turner valve maintenance trailers, one single turner valve maintenance skid and one automated valve operator, exerciser and rehabilitator in the amount of $280,415.25 from E.H. WACHS utilizing Buyboard Contract #685-22. These machines are needed to exercise valves in the distribution system. Funding is available in the Waterworks Fund- 2022 Water Revenue Bond.
