Consideration to approve the City Manager’s performance evaluation of the City Attorney and authorize a four (4%) annual merit increase to the City Attorney’s base salary, effective as of the anniversary date of June 27, 2024, in accordance with the terms of the employment agreement, with an effective date of implementation.
