Consideration to renew annual supply contract FY24-005 to the following bidders: 1) CMC Commercial Metals, Laredo, Texas, for an annual amount of up to $300,000.00 (Primary Vendor) and; 2) Beaver's Source LLC, Laredo Texas, for an annual amount of up to $100,000.00 (Secondary Vendor). This contract establishes pricing for the purchase of construction materials such as lumber, tools for concrete/construction, steel, rebar wire and mesh needed for repairs and construction projects. All materials will be purchased on an as-needed basis. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. This is the first of two, one year extension periods. Funding is available in the Public Works Department General Fund.
