Consideration to award a two-year material/labor contract FY25-001 to the following vendors: 1). Midas Contractors, Laredo, Texas in a two-year amount up to $840,000.00 (Primary Vendor); 2). Capstone Industrial Services LLC., Lake Jackson, Texas in a two-year amount up to $600,000.00 (Secondary Vendor); for concrete repairs of sidewalks, driveways, and curbs as a result of water line break repairs made by the Utilities Department. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. All work will be performed on an as needed basis required due to utility repairs. This contract can be renewed three additional one year extension periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the Waterworks and Sewer System Funds.
