Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to amend the City of Laredo FY2025 Airport Operations Budget to accept and appropriate revenues and expenses by the amount of $1,532,905.00, for Federal Aviation Administration Grant No. 3-48-0136-107-2024. Said grant will be used for the purpose of preparing an airport master plan update and a pavement management program for the Laredo International Airport. Local match is $170,323.00; funding will be allocated in the Airport Fund; total project cost is $1,703,228.00; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
