Consideration to award supply contract number FY24-095 to the following low bidders: 1. Chemrite Chemicals, Buford, Georgia; 2. Brenntag Southwest, Lancaster, Texas; 3. Chemtrade Chemicals, Parsippany, New Jersey; 4. Polydyne, Inc., Riceboro, Georgia; 5. Univar Solutions USA Inc., Kent, Washington; 6. Pencco, Inc., San Felipe, Texas; 7. Hawkins Inc., Roseville, Minnesota; in an annual amount of up to $5,225,000.00 and a two-year total of $10,450,000.00 for the purchase of water and wastewater treatment chemicals for the Utilities Department. The term of this contract shall be for a period of two years beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds. This contract has three one year extension periods. All chemicals will be purchased on as needed basis. Funding is available in the Waterworks and Sewer Systems Funds
