Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance adopting the proposed annual budget for FY2024-2025 with the approved motions by appropriating the proposed revenues, expenditures and balances reported therein for the year beginning October 1, 2024 and ending September 30, 2025, consistent with the financial plan described in said annual budget (see Exhibit "A") and Holiday schedule approved by City Council at the public workshop on August 7-9, 2024 (see Exhibit "B") authorizing the City Manager to implement said annual budget.
