Consideration to ratify contract FY22-085 to Anderson Columbia, Weslaco, Texas, for the purchase of asphalt cold HMCL type B for Public Works and various City departments. Due to a surge in price of the raw materials required to produce cold mix products price rate increased. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year for a total annual amount not to exceed $750,000.00. This is the second of three one-year extension periods. Funding is available in the General Fund - Public Works Construction Budget and Capital Improvements Funds and in the respective department's budgets.
