Consideration to award an annual service contract for FY24-086 to provide electric motor repair services from the following bidders: 1. RAMSA Electric of Laredo, Texas in an amount of up to $400,000.00 (Primary Vendor); 2. Delta House Electric & Motor, of Freer, Texas in an amount of up to $375,000.00 (Secondary Vendor). Repairs are for motors with horsepower ratings ranging from 1/8 HP to 400 HP that are used in water and wastewater operations. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution. The contract may be extended for three, additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement of the parties. All services will be purchased on an as needed basis. Funding is available in the Waterworks and Sewer System Funds.
