Public Hearing and Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, amending section 24.65.0 (b) of the Land Development Code, prohibiting the parking and storing of any commercial vehicle that exceeds one ton in manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating or that has more than two axles within five-hundred feet of any public or private elementary or secondary school, park, or public playground.
