Consideration to ratify and to allow a 25% increase in the amount of $95,675.00 to Double D Trucking, Laredo, TX, Contract FY24-059 to supply dirt and hauling service to continue the project and to prevent delays for the Laredo Landfill Phase 4 & 5 cell construction. The term of this contract shall be for a period of the Landfill Project until its completion. Funding is available in the Solid Waste Fund 2022 Certificate of Obligation Bond. Supplier Dirt Per/Ton Double D Trucking $4.74
