Authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute a contract between SecuLore Solutions, a cybersecurity company focused on public safety, and the City of Laredo to provide cybersecurity technology and monitoring services to safeguard the 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), as well as the 9-1-1 Database Network in the four county region of Jim Hogg, Starr, Webb and Zapata. SecuLore will provide Paladin Overwatch cybersecurity monitoring services for the South Texas Region in the total amount of $312,502.90 for a two-year period. The managed services will be purchased from SecuLore Solutions through the Houston Galveston Area Council of Governments (HGAC) Contract No. EC07-23. Funding is available in the 911 Regional Fund.
