Consideration to renew supply contract FY22-029 for the purchase of Ford Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) automotive parts for the City’s fleet vehicles with: 1. Sames Motor Company, Laredo, Texas in an amount up to $250,000.00 (Primary Vendor); 2. Gillie Hyde Ford, Glasgow, Kentucky in an amount up to $100,000.00 (Secondary Vendor). All parts will be secured on an as needed basis. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This is the last extension period for this contract. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
