Public Hearing and Introductory Ordinance concerning a voluntary annexation application by Ramona Cean on behalf of Terraval, LLC., altering and extending the boundary limits of the City of Laredo, annexing additional territory of 10.40 acres, more or less, located north of FM 1472 and south of Pinto Valle Drive. Providing for the effective date of the ordinance, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract adopting a service plan for the annexed territory, and establishing the initial zoning of M-1 (Light Manufacturing District). The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the annexation and initial zoning. Staff supports the application and initial zoning. AN-003-2024 District VII - Cm. Vanessa Perez
