Consideration to renew parts/service contract FY22-088 with Industrial Disposal Supply, San Antonio, Texas, in an amount up to $125,000.00 for the purchase of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts/service for the City’s street sweepers. All parts will be secured on an as-needed basis. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This contract can be renewed one additional one-year extension period, upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
