Motion to approve property tax refunds in the amounts of $4,823.84 and $3,417.27 due to overpayments as required by Section 31.11(a) of the Texas Property Tax Code. The total refund in the amount of $8,241.11 will be issued to Lereta, LLC who overpaid on numerous tax accounts that they service.
