Ratifying the execution of a service agreement between the City of Laredo Detoxification and Gloria Nataki-Koroma for psychiatric nurse practitioner services necessary within scope of practice for appropriate treatment of City of Laredo Detoxification Department patients. Total contract will be for 12 months, for a total not to exceed $100,000.00. Funding is available in the American Rescue Plan Act Fund.
