Authorization to ratify final project acceptance, approve Change Order Number One, a decrease in the amount of $75,000.00, and release of retainage and approval of final payment in the amount of $24,657.15 to Spartan Construction for replacing two belt filter presses at the South Laredo Wastewater Treatment Plant. The final contract amount is reduced to $493,143.00. Funding is available in the Sewer System Fund - 2022 Sewer Revenue Bond.
