Public Hearing allowing interested persons to comment on the 2024-2025 One-Year Action Plan that identifies the projects proposed to be funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City anticipates receiving $3,032,219.00 in the 50th Action Year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, $957,641.00 through the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and $283,641.00 through the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). An additional $80,000.00 is anticipated to be received in Housing Rehabilitation Revolving Loan Funds, and $125,000.00 in HOME program income.
