Authorizing the City Manager to make a payment to American Electricity Power (AEP), in the amount not to exceed $3,071,160.20 to relocate three (3) existing aerial transmission lines and power poles for the utility conflict with existing communications line for the future State Highway 84 (Hachar-Reuthinger Road), as per the Utility Adjustment Certification provided to the Texas Department of Transportation. Funding is available in the Capital Improvement Fund.
