Authorizing the City Manager to ratify payment to Kimmeridge Texas Gas, LLC, in an amount not to exceed of $252,536.00 to lower an existing 8” gas pipeline for the utility conflict with existing communications line related to the future State Highway 84 (Hachar-Reuthinger Road), as per the Utility Adjustment Certification provided to the Texas Department of Transportation. Funding is available in the Capital Improvement Fund.
