Authorizing the City Manager to ratify payment to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T in the amount of $76,303.80 for the utility conflict with existing communications line for the future State Highway 84 (Hachar-Reuthinger Road), as per the Utility Adjustment Certification provided to the Texas Department of Transportation. Funding is available in the Capital Improvement Fund.
