Consideration to renew contract FY22-054 to UTW Tire Collection Services, Donna, TX in an annual amount of $225,000.00 for processing, recycling, beneficial use, or disposal of used tires collected by the City of Laredo Landfill. This service is to comply with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations and guidelines to properly dispose of tires by certified transporters. The term of this contract shall be for a period of two years beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This is the last extension period for this contract. Funding is available in the Solid Waste Fund.
