Consideration to renew contract FY23-034 with Tovar Landscaping, Laredo, Texas in an annual amount of $42,200.00 for the maintenance of Manadas Creek by North Central. There was no price increase during the last extension period. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year with the option to renew three additional one year periods, upon mutual agreement of both parties. This is the first of three extension periods. Funding is available in the Environmental Services Fund.
