Consideration to renew annual heavy equipment rental contracts FY21-047 with the following vendors: 1). United Rentals, Laredo, TX in an annual amount of up to $100,000.00; and 2). Texas First Rentals, Laredo, TX in annual amount of up to $120,00.00. All equipment rentals will be secured on an as needed basis. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This is the last extension period for this contract. Funding is available in the Sewer System Fund.
