Consideration to renew contract FY21-073 for asphalt maintenance and vacuum trucks OEM parts/services for the City’s Fleet Department with the following vendors: 1). Kinloch Equipment, Pasadena, TX in annual amount of $70,000.00 and; 2). Cooper Equipment, San Antonio, TX in annual amount of $40,000.00. This contract provides the Fleet Department with the ability to outsource and expedite needed services for the City’s pothole patcher trucks and vacuum trucks for the Public Works & Utilities Departments. There was no price increase during the last extension period. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. This is the last extension period for this contract. All parts and services will be secured on an as needed basis. Funding is available in the Fleet Management Fund.
