Consideration to renew annual supply contract FY22-045 with the following vendors: 1. Fastenal Company, Laredo, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00; 2. Eagle Supply, Laredo, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00; 3. South Texas Specialties, Laredo, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00. in a total amount of up to $300,000.00 annually for providing general safety supplies to all City departments. This contract establishes discount percentage pricing for those safety supplies most commonly utilized by City departments. Dooley Tackeberry did not respond to the renewal notice. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This contract may be extended for two, additional one-year periods, upon mutual agreement of the parties. All items will be purchased on an as-needed basis and funding will be secured from the user departmental budgets.
