Authorizing the City Manager to rescind the donation to San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato of one Hurst Jaws of Life, 15 sets of Wildland gear and ten sets of bunker gear, and authorizing the donation of that same equipment to the Patronato del Cuerpo de Bomberos de San Miguel de Allende, A.C. All equipment will be used for public service purposes. All equipment has a book value of zero.
