Consideration for approval of the selection of the top ranked consultants for RFQ FY23-ENG-25 general structural engineering consultant services for existing buildings, facilities, structures, other amenities and proposed construction projects FY2023 - FY2026, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate professional service contracts for each respective project assigned on a rotation basis. Three firms responded to the request for qualifications on or before Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. The evaluation committee recommends the selection of the following consultants based on the final rankings below: 1. Synergy Structural Engineering, INC., Laredo, Texas. 2. LNV, LLC; Laredo, Texas. 3. Amtech Solutions Inc.; McAllen, Texas. Consultant work performance of services will be monitored in accordance with the established guidelines and any deficiencies may result in removal from the rotation list. Funding will not exceed $50,000.00 per project, per vendor, in the respective budget account unless otherwise authorized by City Council. There is no financial impact at this time.
