Consideration for approval of Amendment No. 1, an increase in the amount of $297,500.00 to the professional services contract with UP Art Studio, LLC., Houston, Texas, for the FY23-ENG-01 Lafayette Overpass Public Art Project (District 8) phase two Installation and Project Delivery, which will include additional artist honorariums, support/services, equipment rentals, travel, and contingency allowance. The City of Laredo will procure materials, supplies and provide in-kind support services. Lighting for this project will be provided at a later date. Current contract amount with this amendment is $322,500.00. Funding is available in the District VIII Priority Fund.
