Public Hearing and discussion on the voluntary annexation and initial zoning of M-1 (Light Manufacturing District) on a tract of land totaling 0.598 acres, more or less, as described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit “A”, and known as Annexation Tract 2 (PARGON Group Tract) located north of FM 1472 and west of Copper Mine Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the annexation and initial zoning. Staff supports the application and initial zoning. AN-010-2023 District VII - Cm. Vanessa Perez
