Consideration to reject the two bids received through Cit-E-Bid for FY24-003 for the purchase of AMR/AMI water meters, meter kits, and unitizing measuring elements for the City of Laredo Utilities Department. The bids were evaluated and HydroPro Solutions, LLC, could not provide all the items requested on the bid and Core & Main’s bid was deemed to be over budget as one of the prices increased significantly. The department will revise and clarify the specifications and solicit new bids.
