Consideration to award contract FY24-024 with Powerhouse Food Vending, San Antonio, TX in order to provide vending machine services for the City of Laredo International Airport. The term of this contract shall be period of three (3) years beginning the date of its execution. Powerhouse Food Vending will offer 5% percent of gross sales. This contract may be renewed two (2) additional three (3) year extension periods upon mutual agreement of the parties. All services will be secured on an as needed basis and there is no financial expenditure impact.
