Authorizing the City Manager to ratify a Lease Agreement between the City of Laredo and Concord Hills Community Association for 25 years for a 2.95-acre tract of land for use by the public. It will be maintained by the Parks and Recreation Department. Funding for park maintenance is available in the General Fund-Parks Department.
