Consideration to renew supply contract number FY22-032 with the following vendors: 1) Section III: Core & Main, St. Louis, Missouri, in an amount up to $284,888.75; 2) Section I & II: Ferguson Waterworks, Mission, Texas in an amount up to $1,076,353.90; for the purchase of brass fittings and valves for the Utilities Department. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one (1) year beginning as of the date of its execution and is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. There was no price increase during the last extension period. This contract can be extended one (1) additional one (1) year period, upon mutual agreement of the parties. Funding is available in the Waterworks and Sewer System Funds.
