An Ordinance of the City of Laredo, Texas, amending Chapter 2, Article VIII. , of the Municipal Code by adding Section 2-327, titled “Conduct of City Council Members”, creating a mechanism for a supermajority of City Council to discipline Council Members if a council member violates the City Charter, any ordinance of the City, policies, rules, or regulations, or acts in a manner that causes embarrassment or disgrace to the City of Laredo.
