A resolution of the city council of the City of Laredo, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents to purchase the “surface only” of a 27,884.99 square-foot parcel, more or less, located at 13102 Riverbank Drive, from The Three Lesser Lights, LLC, for the purchase price of $210,800.00; providing that the City shall pay fifty percent (50%) of the estimated closing costs in the amount of $4,000.00; said property being more particularly described and depicted in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein; and providing for an effective date. Funding is available in the 2025 Tax Note account.
