A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, requesting financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board under its Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) - Emerging Contaminants (EC) Program for improvements to the City’s wastewater system, including PFAS study, testing, monitoring, and development of an action plan to effectively address emerging contaminants; authorizing the filing of an application for financial assistance in an amount not to exceed One Million Four Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,445,000.00); designating certain authorized representatives of the City; approving certain professionals; and making certain findings in connection therewith.
