A Resolution of the City of Laredo, Texas authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application in the estimated amount $152,000.00 to the Texas Department of Transportation for enforcement of Commercial Motor Vehicle Selective Traffic Enforcement Program. The grant period will begin October 01, 2026 through September 30, 2027; this grant is for overtime salaries. The city will be responsible for a required match of approximately $36,000.00, from General Fund. Funding will be accounted for in the Special Police Fund.
