A resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit an application to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) for the FY 26 Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Lending Reimbursement Program, with no match for the City of Laredo Public Library Department for a total estimated amount to be determined by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) upon award; and further authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents resulting from the award of this grant. Any funding as a result of this application will be appropriated in the Laredo Public Library Department - General Fund.
