A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, ratifying and authorizing the City Manager to submit an application to the Department of Health and Human Services for the Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities, Surveillance, Research, and Prevention (ADDM) Program Grant, in the total estimated amount of up to $1,101,500.00, with no match for the City of Laredo Public Health Department, for a total of a one year term, to be effective on January 01, 2027 through December 31, 2027, and further authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents resulting from the award of this grant. Any funding as a result of this application will be appropriated in the Laredo Public Health Department Fund - Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities, Surveillance, Research, and Prevention Program Grant.
