A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application to the American Conversation Project for the American Conversation Project for Libraries, in the estimated total amount of $500.00 per six month term, with no match for the City of Laredo Public Library Department for a six month term, from June 19, 2026, through November 30, 2026, for a total estimated amount not to exceed $500.00; and further authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents resulting from the award of this grant. Any funding as a result of this application will be appropriated in the Laredo Public Library Department - General Fund.
