Authorizing the City Manager to accept and execute a grant awarded by the Laredo Area community Foundation for the amount of $5,000.00 to fund Keep Laredo Beautiful for the Keep Laredo Beautiful garden club and to amend the FY 2026 Keep Laredo Beautiful Fund by appropriating revenues and expenses in the same amount.
