An Ordinance authorizing the amendment of Chapter 12, “Fire Prevention and Protection”, Article V, Section 12-91, “Purpose and Schedule Fees”, of the City of Laredo Code of Ordinances, related to the International Fire Training Initiative, to include fire departments from communities with an active Sister City Agreement with the City of Laredo, as well as cities, municipalities, or governmental entities covered under an active Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or other formal cooperation agreement with the City of Laredo and/or the Laredo Fire Department; and providing for an effective date.
